OUR WINTER BREAK We end each year with a winter break to reflect and reset for the new year. Synergy Tree will be closed from December 23rd-January 5th. During this time order shipments and customer care communications will be temporarily paused. We encourage you to place your orders on or before Thursday Dec 19th to guarantee shipment before our winter break. Orders placed after this date may not be processed until we resume operations on Monday January 6th and will be shipped in the order they were received. Returns or Exchanges

If you're not happy with your purchase please contact us at sales@synergytree.ca within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to replace or refund your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
